Our Founders
Paul Doherty
Paul Doherty is a former three-time All-Canadian defenseman and National Champion at Acadia University, and a professional player who has built a career in coaching and player development.
He spent nearly a decade with the Portland Winterhawks (WHL), expanding youth programs, guiding a U16 team to a USA Hockey National Championship, and was part of the staff that helped lead the club’s 2013 WHL title.
Most recently an assistant coach at Worcester State University, Paul is committed to mentoring athletes and helping them advance to junior, collegiate, and professional levels.

Kevin Dickie
Kevin Dickie has over 35 years of experience in elite sport as a coach, administrator, and advisor.
He led Acadia University men’s hockey to national success, coached with Hockey Canada at World Juniors Tournament and with two teams in the WHL.
A former AUS President and U SPORTS board member, Kevin was inducted into the SJHL Hall of Fame in 2014.
